✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item is in its original packaging, with tags still attached
  • The item is not listed as final sale, non-returnable, or under clearance
  • You have proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or number)

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, or other intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Products that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return for your original item and placing a new order separately.


💸 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or the wrong product was sent.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed. We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please email us at support@fastshoppings.site within 7 days of delivery with:

We’ll resolve the problem as quickly as possible by offering a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.


📅 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Double-check your bank account or payment method.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

🔁 Cancellations
